All Products Page

The goal of this project was to refresh the All Products page for PTC.com. Equal visibility will be given to each product and technology. This page needed to cater to 3 types of users:

  1. New user with no knowledge of PTC products

  2. Returning user who understands the full portfolio

  3. Returning user who is a potential lead for another products

The previous design hid the products and technologies under drop down menus. It was hard to read with the dark background and did not have any search or quick action if a user knew what product they were looking for.

Updated design

The updated design incorporated a search filter, technology filter and an anchor link jump list since PTC has many products. The product descriptions are easier to read and they include expandable quick product highlights for more information. This layout reduces cognitive load for a user who doesn’t know of any PTC products while still allowing a knowledgeable user to rapidly get to their content.
